Microtron’s MRS rotor/stator is a powerful mixer and emulsifier which disintegrates large powder agglomerates resulting in extra fine particles. The MRS causes massive upward and downward vortexing ensuring maximum and thorough mixing of all wetted powders. Process times, quality and product consistency are improved considerably.
Control & Safety
The HMI on board operator panel controls rotor variable speeds and the electrical lift mechanism which is facilitated by a Linear Actuator. Safety switches guard against user error by preventing operation when no vessel with lid is in place or the rotor assembly is not full submerged into the product.
